Nationwide turf shipping questions
- Do you ship artificial turf outside of Texas?
- Yes. We ship artificial grass by freight to all 50 states from our El Paso warehouse. Full rolls ship on pallets; smaller cut-to-size orders can ship LTL. Send us your square footage and ZIP code and we'll quote turf plus freight together.
- How much does it cost to ship turf?
- Freight depends on roll count, total weight, and your ZIP code. Because turf ships rolled on pallets, one larger order almost always costs less per square foot than several small ones. We quote the delivered price so there are no surprises at the dock.
- Can I order turf cut to my exact size?
- Yes. We cut rolls to custom widths in-house on our AccuCutter, so you can order the exact width your yard, patio, or putting green needs instead of paying for a full 15-foot roll.
- How long does delivery take?
- Most freight orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive in 2–7 business days depending on distance. Rush shipping is available — tell us your install date and we'll work backward from it.
- Do you sell to contractors and installers out of state?
- Yes. Contractors, landscapers, and installers buy from us at dealer pricing through our TurfPros Distributors supply line. See our dealer program for volume pricing and repeat-order terms.
