Common equipment rental questions

Straight answers on pricing, pickup and delivery, what to bring, and how our rentals work. Ver en español.

How much does it cost to rent equipment?
Rates depend on the machine and how long you need it, so we quote each job directly. Call (915) 895-7400 or send a quote request and we'll give you the price and availability the same business day.
What do I need to rent?
A valid driver's license, a credit or debit card for the deposit, and a vehicle that can safely tow if you're picking up a trailer. Commercial accounts can be set up in the yard.
Do you deliver, or do I pick up?
Both. Most customers pick up at 14941 Montana Ave, and we deliver around El Paso, Horizon City, Socorro, Clint, Canutillo and nearby areas for a fee based on distance and equipment.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm. We're closed Sunday.
Can I rent the same day?
Often yes, when the machine is on the yard. Call ahead at (915) 895-7400 so we can hold it for you, especially on Saturdays.
How long can I keep the equipment?
Daily, weekly and monthly rentals are available. Tell us how long the job runs and we'll set the period that costs you the least.
Which trailer size do I need?
For debris and dirt hauling most homeowners use a dump trailer; contractors moving equipment usually take a flatbed or utility trailer. Tell us the load and your tow vehicle and we'll match it.
Do you sell artificial turf and natural sod?
Yes. We carry artificial turf rolls and fresh natural sod, plus base rock, sand, gravel, topsoil and mulch to install it right.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes — se habla español. Our whole team can help you in Spanish by phone, in the yard, or here in chat.
What happens if the equipment breaks down?
Stop using it and call us at (915) 895-7400 right away. Mechanical failures that aren't caused by misuse are on us — we'll swap the machine or adjust the rental.
Do I need to return it clean and fueled?
Yes — return the machine fueled and free of mud and debris to avoid cleaning or refueling charges.
What areas do you serve?
El Paso, Horizon City, Socorro, Canutillo, Clint, Anthony, Santa Teresa, Sunland Park, Las Cruces and the surrounding communities.
